More people are going to entrust this service versus just the traditional way of searching. I think it's definitely going to grow legs, especially on the central coast. We're seeing local home buyers now because there's more agencies starting to open up on the coast and they're building awareness here. And two local selling agents are starting to understand the value of working with a buyer's agent which is quite important. It works for both parties, which is the most important thing.
