Molly wrote to ask for advice regarding her new apartment in Venice. She was worried about an Italian flatmate who has very loud phone sex with a boy friend. Molly is incredibly relieved because there is a housing crisis in this region of Italy and I would have struggled to find somewhere else that's in my budget, which isn't much as I'm a struggling artist.
