How to Create a Lead Magnet Every Quarter

I was wondering if I should like have each quarter, they're like a lead magnet. And then when my second year starts, I will like start recycling because in the beginning of the year, you can focus with e-commerce store on different things that you need to focus during September. So I was wondering like this first year is going to be like doing the work and then next year I will start recycling. That's a lot of work. Do you need to be creating a new lead magnet every quarter?
