It is so easy to put, say, the wrong passport in your bag. That's not a mistake you would ever make, is it? The third thing on ar list is attention to detail. I once got to dover at the ferry terminal, got my passport out, but i'd already checked that it had my name,. It was my name as the emergency contact on somebody else's fast for ho, ho ho.
