Is There a Difference Between Weezer and Blink 182?

Green Day paved the way for a lot of bands to do some things who might not have had as much access to them. I'm from the Midwest and, you know, I grew to love Bay Area Punk a great deal. As like a 10 year old in Columbus, Green Bay was the only punk band from that area. The other ones because of them were Operation Ivy or Rancid or even the Dead Kennedys.
