Are Steering Metrics a Good Way to Finish?
We started calling these steering metrics aggressively, instead of just metrics ys. It forces people to be like, wait a second. What is steering, amle dear? What are yeetric? They're steering metrics. So are you yet going to turn the wheel based on what you're seeing not do you ever finish? And i think that's the question... If you can't finish hitting a metrick or a target, not a good way to my tross it. Sisa: "It feels like ultimately what it almost always seems to come down to actually articulating what we want to do"
