If you've got interest rate of, say, 3% or less, I probably would not be in a hurry to pay off that debt. And I'd probably focus more on investing. Now, what about the debt between 3 and 5.5 or 6%? Then it becomes a little more of an emotional decision. So if you're in that range, 3 to 5, 6%, you can make the call more on your, your own personal emotional comfort level, if you will.
