Do You Have a Genetic Variant in Your Ovaries?
The eggs in the ovary are set before birth. And so it's even more important for eggs than other cells that they are well maintained. Some genetic variants seem to associate with better diene repair and therefore longer lived eggs, while others associated with a less powerfuldiene repair process. Does this mean we can make some kind of prediction about who might be at risk of an earlier menipause?
