Stretching is one of the most important parts of a coach's warm-up. Kelly starret has a hip opener series that he does, which i do almost more often. You've got to just not confuse your nervous system, and just let everything have time to calm down. And then maybe you can get that mobility and own it, hopefully for a long term but i don't know.
