The Fed Has Never Managed to Guide the Economy to a Soft Landing
Gevaar: The fed has never managed to guide the economy to a soft landing with radtikes. In inflation wasn't particularly out of control but it did not bring about a recession, that's for sure. Most of what's in the c p i is rent in people stayn in the same units. And demand did play a factorr i've followed housing very, very closely for decades.
