The Presence of God in the Liturgy
The liturgy always refers to God saving interventions in history and the enemies, right? That remembrance, that recalling brings the events of the past present to the community as often as those words are proclaimed. So it's receptivity, right? I'm speaking Lord, your servant's listening. There's consent even after wrestling to say amen. And finally, there's this commitment. Tomorrow again we're going to talk about how God really truly is present, like the epiclysis,. another Greek word we'll hear about tomorrow.
