The History of Time

The idea of dividing the day and as you say 24 hours 60 minutes 60 seconds it's it's been with us forever it seems. The big story about decimal time goes back to the French Revolution in the late 18th century actually ideas have been forming for centuries before that. So interesting of all of the ways that we keep time now so the way that you know 60 seconds to a minute 60 minutes to an hour 24 hours to a day. How much of that is of product of human invention and howmuch of that is sort of the way it should be?
