Seth Godin: I was abrowsing an article about e secularism and non religion when it comes to familiar relationships for people who come out as an atheist. There is a survey in 20 16, the american religious identification survey, and they talked to more than 800 atheists in the us. And about a quarter of them, nearly 25 %, reported, quote, being rejected, avoided, isolated or ignored by family. Almost 38% reported that their families asked them to keep their atheism a secret.
