How to Set Up a Business Around the Things That Will Go Away

For public accountants, man, we are in a constant like fist fight to stop doing more new things and the accountant wants you to do this now and that now. But all of that being said, I do think it is a helpful exercise to think about the worst case scenario and the stuff that would go away. Ensure that you're not setting up a business around those things that are most likely to go away for all of the same reasons that it's just not a good idea to be living there anyway.
