In Saskatoon, for example, where I also own multifamily, we had a situation where we had 5% vacancy in the city and pretty much in a span of three months that went to 20%. In Alberta, basically every 10 years, it's a boom and then a bust. But you could ask anyone in Alberta in the last eight years has been ugly. We're getting a lot of the benefit of people from Ontario that are moving to Alberta. Vacancies are going down. And we're now starting to swing up in the rents, which is why I'm biased towards Alberta right now going forward with multifound.
