i would imagine that being on the spectrum makes social interactions at work a little bit more challenging. i have worked with people who continue to struggle with it andand never really master it fully, which is unfortunate, but also doesn't determine your future. Even vocalizing things like that can actually set you above your peers because neuro typical people will never say stuff like that or take things personally. You're not going to disagree with you all the time; you're just living your life in different ways than other people.
