How to Become a Better Interviewer

Do a mock interview with one of your co workers. You're role playing a candidate who makes mistakes, and then they ask questions. Half the time, go ahead and give a bad answer, play a poor answer to the question,. The other half of the time, giveing your best shot. And after the inertew's done, i do a brief session where my coworker goes through al the istakes you made and gives you feedback. We'v ben oing this a lot at trillbyt and it is great highlighting how interviewers disagree. If you guys could try this, and you mall me, let me know how it goes.
