How to Make a Lemon Juice Cocktail
CNN's John Sutter takes on the challenge of creating a cocktail that is clear and tastes good. He started out by clarifying eight leaters of jungle bird cocktails, which left him with too many to serve at a wedding. To make up for it, he added some citric acid in place of pineapple juice. The end product was "a happy little accident," but yours doesn't have to be, Sutter says.
