Sci-Fi and the Overman

Frank Herbert is advocating for a philosopher king which would not actually be in common among sci-fi writers. Titus X asks, in his short story, the rat Polish avant-garde writer, Vethold Grombovitz, who was greatly influenced by Nietzsche, provides an interesting counter-argument towards the ennesian concept of the overman. He portrays the said overman as the hooligan, strong brute unbounded by anything. Against all odds, a former judge, Skorabkowski, annoyed by his terror over the land manages to capture him.
