How to Lower Your Respiratory Rate
Respiratory rate is something very reflexive. How do you change that? It's difficult because even when you're going to do, I don't know, 10 minutes slow breathing every day, that doesn't mean that the rest of the time you'll breathe that slow. But through the practice of breath, whole work, you will end up seeing your respiratory rate go down. And pretty much everyone knows that breathing slowly is a good indication of the health of another system - tranquil and relaxed.
