When something is neglected, it also means that people are goingto be worse at working on im. If we think like impact is kind of how pressing the causeis, times how good your opportunity is for helping, times how skilled you are at that thing. And so it's kind of a way in which it becomes a bit more tractable to work on things that are a bit less neglected. It seems like this is a sort of a way of directly pushing back on the neglectedness argument.
