I really just start with the simple lifestyle practices. Do a 10 day reset. Take a walk. Do some simple mindful movements practices. Do your high five. You can actually use your breath to reset your nervous system and to calm everything down. Lower adrenaline or cortisol, lower all the stress hormones and reset your system.
