How Can You Make Fast Decisions?

Do some history, do some research. Become a linked in stalker of your board and understand their background. Through this process, you will say things 20 times and it still won't cut through. And that's ok, because maybe what you're saying isn't that interesting to them. We we like to think that what as interesting and important that is being heard. But is it saying the same thing 20 times? Or is it finding different ways to say things? How do we balance that?
