Fequilis is much more likely to be ampricillin and vancomycin susceptible than inner caustfecium. The big thing with faquilis is that it's much higher risk of causing endocarditis. And so I always just make sure that my patients are up to date on their colonoscopies if they haven't had one or maybe they got one in the past.
