I think what you're seeing is not so much like maybe it's partly restrained, but also like they just don't have a lot of stuff that they can throw up Moscow. I think most people don't take seriously the idea that Putin is just going to launch a tactical nuclear weapon,. So it's kind of been like the frog and boiling water a bit. What you're seeing here now, it is escalatory. When you have attacks on civilian targets in your mutual capitals, we have escalated to a point above where we were. That's something to think about as this new counter-offensive, extreme-offensive begins. This is what the battle is going to look like.
