What Is Meditation?

A great true education system would include meditation. I think all three ways of knowing truth, of truth seeking meditation. What is meditation exactly? It's a method of purification. You're purifying your mind. Your mind becomes more clear, more open. When your mind gets purified of these poisons, mental poisons, emotional poisons, your mind get purified and become clear and calm. Your intelligence increases. Your creativity increases. And that gives us our knowledge.
