The Temple of John 17
In essence, John 17 serves as a symbolic temple for the gospel of John. It is the meeting place between heaven and earth, where man encounters God. In glorifying his Father, Jesus has transferred glory to his followers. You see, by following Jesus, mortal men are able to have the glory that's been transferred from the Father to the Son.
