Theam: A lot of people feel like failure is not an option. She says many first time founders don't understand even what venture scale is. Theam thinks there's a confusion between private equity base businesses with venture base business, and that the market was speaking wrong. "I think because so many of those we works and casters have not worked out well," she adds.
