You're involved in coach appointment for players though. Is that right? Generally speaking, I mean obviously parents involved. Usually it's you know the player will call me up and be like I want a new coach. But usually in the end until you try it doesn't matter what's on paper. You know there if you look on tour people are changing coaches all the time.
