T20 has helped me a lot in that way to forge out a good career, says Jos Buttler. Test Match cricket was seen as the pinnacle and was still the pinnacle for him. I always looked to tee off very, very unconventional and not the prettiest technically. But it probably held me back when it came to academies and going through the system.
