How to Lead a Meeting

I am not currently the moderator of the members meetings. People felt it was wiser for me to be available to speak more easily than you can when you're the moderator. I encourage them to lead both the elders meeting and the members meeting at first just to kind of set the tone. And that's one small way I've observed you passing out authority and strengthening other men in the church is to lead us through.
