The Importance of Hard Style

I never found any success with like Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting. And I was really unmotivated. When I tried a kettlebell and I tried Turkish get up for the first time in 2013, I got my first real injury doing that. My joints kind of automatically locked into place and I can maneuver and can torque myself underneath the weight. That's when I found that that is my kind of hidden power. But hard style just made sense to me. It clicks with the way I was while you're growing up.
