CPTSD - What's the Fight Flight Response?

There's four responses people can have to trauma. One they can become a real fight type. And then others of us, which I am is a flight type. We try running away from home with three and five and seven and it's scarier. So we learned some symbolic flight, which for many people is like an obsessive compulsive where you're escaping into your thoughts and into your actions. The psychedelic was one of my biggest, biggest openings the first time. That's a big thing with CPTSD now. There's trained counselors taking people on psychedelic journeys,. Which seem to help them break free from this just really cramped, narrow way of looking at yourself in a negative way.
