When you are taking your notes, what want to record the most critical things such as the decisions made and the action items who will do what by when. And I think that can over time expose some themes and patterns in terms of, okay, this person will make a vacation exceptions for super important things or does not ever want to be interrupted on the vacation. It's very difficult to just understand or remember words for a badum unless they're maybe in a song or like the alphabet or you have like some sort of moniker for them.
