Jason Priestley: A bad culture can snuff that out and it's not an easy repair. It is a psychological damage that occurs to somebody in a bad culture when they're not treated human like a human. And I think that that is actually that is absolutely a really great point, especially in a creative culture. Like when we're expected to like churn out fresh ideas and inspiring creative and and solve problems when we're not trusted and we're not treated like humans. How is that possible? Yeah, absolutely. Right.
