Is the Department of Defense Getting the Technology of the Future?

The military is just amazing to see how Western and our militaries are doing by knowing what they're doing at the squad platoon and individual soldier level. I'm not so sure that we'll necessarily turn these great technologies into the war making leadership of the future. And just if you ask on net, who in military terms is most likely to benefit from high tech being more important? It's just hard for me not to think it will be the United States.
