The Importance of Experience in Trading
I was thinking about Stephen Jay Gould's book Full House and the whole idea of variation. There's just so much variation out there that if you allow yourself to get caught up in it you might not ever get anything accomplished. People typically think well if I get more information or if I find the perfect system or something like that the that will resolve it will solve it'll dissolve my problem. While it's contrary to their thinking their experience in the meantime is getting more examples and more variation and being able to get a larger sense of what's going on.
