What Is Public Housing?
Public housing is not actually for all members of the public. The qualifiers are not as straightforward as a certain level of income. Once your kind of family situation changed, you were evicted from the housing development. Some limitations that continue to exist to this day are based on whether or not you've been arrested or if you have a criminal conviction.
