How to Cope With Panic Disorders
The biggest thing is a person that is experiencing a panic disorder you want to get treatment for panic attacks as soon as possible. You also want to get regular physical activity and the biggest things I'd recommend to people that have these kind of disorders are meditation, yoga or prayer. If you've never experienced a panic attack it usually begins with an unexpected physical discomfort such as chest pressure pain rapid heartbeat dizziness weakness shaking jitters feeling a vague unsettling or feeling weird or out of body experience.
