Young activists in the philippines and india have been talking about reparations. What they mean by that is largely rich developed countries paying money to poorer, less developed countries who haven't admitted as much. This really boils down to an issue of perception. The richer northern countries look at the question of reparations and thinkoh, these countries are looking for compensation, and we'll be on the hook forever. They 're saying, we want you guys to recognize your role in this and help us out because we all share this one planet. So when you get to questions like this that are very emotionally charged, how likely do you think it is that we're going to see action?
