The Importance of 16 Months in a Tech Academy

South Africa has the highest income inequality in the world. 6% of adults in South Africa have a university degree. The focus was very much on, well, the 94% that are getting left behind. And so when you take an individual from that circumstance and you want to give them a fair shake at actually building a career, then we believe 16 months is the least amount of time that you need to be able to do that.
