How to Measure a Developer's Commit Activity
We don't want be measuring individual developers by how many commits did you make a week? It needs to be more holestic. And frankly, we should be measuring teams and identifying where there are issues that we can help with on projects exactly. This is, this isn't our first evolution of metrics before we found lineor b as a partner. I'm a big fan of open access to everything. But i'm very intentional as a result.
