In China, the way you make money and it's pretty well understood is through either maximizing your access to cheap or free credit. So I would argue that that makes it very difficult for entrepreneurs to operate in China. There are other better ways of getting rich in China. It's going to take a pretty significant institutional change before you can really describe China as a very entrepreneurial culture.
