Paz: I get sleep paralysis anyway. What is it? So you wake up, but you can't move at all. Your entire body just is completely rendered useless. It's because you're in between the, like, sleep and being awake. And so your body hasn't woken up, but your mind is awake,. But it's awake in a way that it's almost like that. Paz: You could say, if I didn't believe that it was sleep paralysis, that I saw a ghost then, if you were being ghostly.
