Overgeneralization is when you take a negative event and turn it into a never ending pattern of defeat by using words like always and never. Discounting the positive is where you not only focus on the negatives in your life but anything good about you, you tell yourself that doesn't count. Jumping to conclusions is jumping to conclusions that aren't warranted. Mind reading is assuming that people are looking down on you or judging you when you have no real evidence for that.
