The Vineyard Management Side of a Winery
A winery with a vineyard management attached kind of vineyard management business attached to it. They were basically farming small estates in the hills above Silicon Valley and letting those people become kind of wine growers, but also take the surplus wine they didn't need through their own winery. It's an unusual business and unusual location. I'm not sure it would work in any other city in America. Maybe someone will prove me wrong.
