Meetings Need to Be Shorter and More Focused

When I started work 30 years ago, a 90 minute meeting was not a rarity. You can solve a problem in 20 minutes sometimes because people can stay really focused for that length of time. And so I think whatever our meetings are today, we need to ask ourselves, could we make them more effective if we made them shorter and more focused?
