How to Iterate With Clients After the Initial Offer
Do you typically do all of that client exploration work prior to beginning the build? And then in a sense, that process is closed off and you take six weeks, whatever it takes to complete your initial first offering. What do you encourage a more agile approach where you iterate with the client? I mean, I know that they're completely different ways of doing things. So it really depends on the complexity of the build. We try to get some understanding of that at the very beginning when we're trying to create the scope of work.
