Some people are at zero hip extension, like them being flat, they have nothing. They actually have to get the hip into flexion to even start working it. So i was thinking about eaven hill sprints, that is a hip flexion biased sprint. And so it just makes sense that it just exposes you to a more hyppoxtension strategy. If fi've zero degrees of hip oxtension, i'm going to start in the hipflex position. That will open up the space. And then you reverse years.
