There's a great ope warren bennis that says, you're not truly a leader until you create a leader. And so if i'm sitting with one of my clients trying to hang on to somebody who should fly, i'm going to say to them what i said. 85 % of the time, 15% of te time, i may have to say a few more words. But some people you're never going to change, and they're ging to try and hang on tight. Yes, something bad's going to eventually happen.
